My wife and I went back to St Thomas after not going for a few years. In business I lived much of my life in hotels and as a result we are able to always stay in top hotels when we travel. To be honest this was my first time using an Airbnb, and it was incredible. The condo is in a perfect location. It was clean, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We went there to celebrate our anniversary and loved this place so much we will be coming back every year. Thank you, Lidiya, and Paul, for having such a beautiful place you are willing to share.

Lidiya is a fabulous host. She is super responsive and sends a wonderful guide. Everything was very clean, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Fantastic views! The resort is really close to Red Hook and you can get to St John very quickly by ferry from there which we really enjoyed.

We stayed at 306B for 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed it - the beds were comfortable, the condo was stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast and a day spent at the beach. We enjoyed the proximity of Sapphire Beach - the kids snorkeled a few days. The food at Sapphire Beach club was great - highly recommend the fish tacos.
Lidiya was prompt with responding to any questions we had for recommendations for dinner / day trips.
Would definitely stay here again with my family of 4.

We absolutely loved Lidya's 2 story apartment. Both the very large bedroom upstairs and the downstairs living room (with sofa bed) open up to just gorgeous views, with wonderful ocean breeze and the sound of waves coming to shore. The most relaxing, safe, enjoyable place we've yet stayed (we've been to Costa Rica (nosara), Rhodes, Rabat, Cayman, Bermuda, Keys, Playa de Carmen, Punta Cana...)
There's snorkel equipment with flippers and floatation devices in the apartment available for use. There's boating and scuba outside the door or minutes away,and easy access to st John's.
Could go on and on.
